Depicted below are lymph nodes filled with tattoo ink.
A study published in May 2024 compared 1,398 people ages 20 to 60 who had lymphoma with 4,193 people who did not have lymphoma but who were otherwise similar. The study found that lymphoma was 21% more common among those with tattoos

A Danish twin study found that people with tattoos, especially larger tattoos...had higher rates of certain skin cancers and lymphoma. The authors suggest that tattoo ink, which can accumulate in lymph nodes and cause chronic inflammation, may contribute to cancer risk, though they note that more research is needed to confirm the relationship.

Research indicates that tattoo inks can contain heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, and cobalt, which are linked to cancer, allergic reactions, and other chronic diseases.

THE SECRET OF LIFE
If you can bench press 50kg, is it your weakness or is it your strength? 100? 200?
If you can run for 5 minutes? Weakness or strength? 10? 5 hours?
If you know math. Weakness or strength? How well you know it?
You can talk to friends. Weakness or strength? Strangers? Geoups of people? Crowds?
No matter what you are capable of doing and how well you can do it, there will always be someone much better that you at it, and someone much worse than you.
So, how can you determine if it is weakness or strength? You can't objectively do it. But people determine it all the time — subjectively.
You can believe that something is your weakness and therefore will act indecisive and scared around it. The actual thing and your level doesn't matter, only your limiting beliefs do.
"But whether you are good at it or not matters!"
I'll tell you several stories. Listen carefully. If you understand this concept you will become brave and free.
We were walking with a friend of mine through the boulevard near the see in Batumi. I was approaching girls and having fun. He has never approached girls on the street in his life and believed he is very bad at it. As we were walking, I've noticed a very beautiful girl sitting on a bench enjoying the sunset. I said "Bro, your turn, go talk to her." He said he can't do that, it is his weakness. I said who cares, just do it. He said no. And while we were walking past her, she woke up and was turning our way. I grabbed him and pushed toward her the exact moment she turned. And she met him exactly face to face and looked straight into his eyes. He said hi. She replied. And they started talking. I was following them for 30 minutes, they were talking, laughing, touching each other. Then I went home. He wrote me later that night that they are in love. After a week they've married and are living a happy life now. Where was his weakness when he did what he wanted and succeeded?
Another one. I knew a guy who was from a village. He was strong and muscular, but not very smart. And he tried his best. His dream was to one day get to Hollywood and to play a role in a movie. But he was afraid and saying that he is not very smart and has no talent. He believed it is his weakness. One day, we were talking about dreams and he said that if not the weakness he has, he would be in Hollywood already playing roles in films. I said "Bro, who tf cares, you can just do what you want. It's not your job to limit yourself. Just do your best and the universe will decide what you deserve." And he did. In a year he went to LA and started participating in different shoots and even got into several serious projects.
Want more? A friend of mine wanted to study at Oxford University. It was a crazy idea because it is very expensive and he had no money. He was saying that he feels that his intellect is unique and that is the place he needs to be in. But his weakness was — he had no money. Once, during a walk, we were talking about destiny and possibilities. And we came to a conclusion that it is whatever it is and instead of complainimg and using reality as an excuse to limit ourselves, we should use everything to our advantage and do our best, always doing what we want. Whatever follows will be our destiny. You can already predict how the story ended, right? Yes, he somehow got a grant and went studying to Oxford for free. But what was even more hilarious is that he became a professor there and was working with Stephen Hawking.
And of course my own examples. Everything I wanted in live I believed I was bad at doing and felt like it was my weakness. And only after I became tired of limiting myself and decided to do whatever I wand anyway, I started doing and became good at in the process.
There are no weaknesses. There's only fear and doubt. Let it go and start doing what you actually want. Not what you believe you are good at, but whatever you love with your heart. It is your world — build it as you want it!
The most expensive gut healing protocol doesn't work if the insult is still happening.
Glutamine, collagen, zinc carnosine, BPC-157... all of these support mucosal repair. None of them stop the thing that's creating the damage.
If food is still arriving partially digested, still feeding overgrowth, still generating endotoxin, still creating pressure against the gut lining - the repair compounds are working against a process that isn't stopping.
The gut can't heal while it's still under continuous attack. Repair happens in windows. The windows require the insult to stop first.
This is why people feel better on these compounds and then plateau. They improved repair support without addressing the upstream failure producing the damage.
IT BEGINS WITH VISION.
Get CRYSTAL CLEAR on EXACTLY the type of person you want to become. With the outcome in mind, reverse engineer what the daily steps to get there… looks like, and execute RUTHLESSLY with SINGLE MINDED FOCUS.
KEEP ALWAYS that extremely COMPELLING, EXCITING, BURNING, image of who you could be, front of mind. And bathe yourself in it daily.

- Intelligence
- Energy
- Integrity
“And if they don’t have the last one, don’t even bother with the first two.”
The source of MOST of the emotional turmoil people experience in life...
is the absolute REFUSAL to accept what happened.
Key word: happened - past tense.
Not to be confused with complacency:
which is the acceptance of current state + lack of desire to change it.
Always saw the biggest guy at my college gym eating sour patch kids inbetween his sets and my underdeveloped brain could not comprehend why a man so jacked would eat something so taboo (this was peak low-carb era).
But now I understand. Fast carbs (glucose, dextrose, sucrose) enter your bloodstream immediately. Working muscles sucks that glucose out of your blood via GLUT4 transclocation, independent of insulin. You bypass the usual metabolic bottlenecks and feed your engines mid-burn.
High intensity training is heavily dependent on glycogen and glycolosis. Burn through your glycogen stores and your performance suffers. Less explosiveness, no pump, more cortisol.
Keeping your muscles fueled mid-workout gives you everything you want and need. Glucose has an osmotic effect. It pulls water into muscle cells and hydrates you at an intracellular level (very anabolic btw). You get better bloodflow, bigger/fuller muscles, better contraction. You can sustain peak output for the entirety of your workout.
Its not just your muscles that are being fueled either. Your brain is a glucose hog. Low blood sugar during long sessions is the leading cause of fatigue and poor motor output. Hence why glucose microdosing is beneficial for cognitive tasks as well (especially hybrid psycho/physiological tasks like martial arts, sports etc.)
Better yet, exogenous glucose blunds cortisol-induced tissue breakdown. Extremely anti-catabolic.
You perform better, you feel better, you recover better, and you leave your workout less fried than you otherwise would.
All while giving you a perfect excuse to get your sugar fix in guilt free.
Guys today are way too logical.
It’s all part of ‘online first’ lifestyles + the erosion of social skills.
Modern men try to ‘logic their way through’ things w/ folks.
True masters of communication, however, rely on NONVERBALS:
Smirks, eye rolls, head tilts, body positioning.
Why does nonverbal trump verbal in REAL communication (i.e., power dynamics)?
Because it is CONFIDENT + DOMINANT communication.
Women respond best to men’s nonverbal flirtation because it makes them feel like little girls.
Likewise, if another man is acting rude, and you want to absolutely dunk on him, all you have to do 99% of the time is SHUT UP and (instead) behave NONVERBALLY DISMISSIVE toward him.
He will, just like a girl you flirt with, feel as if he’s being treated like a child.
It’s exciting for women who are interested in you, and humiliating for anyone trying to get a rise out of you.
Show me any guy who struggles socially and I’ll show you a guy who underutilizes nonverbal communication.
To become a communication ADEPT and a killer flirt:
✅ Find a role model with skilled, powerful, & sexy expressions and body language. Study him. BECOME him, for at least a good 2-3 weeks. Act as if you are him in your interactions with other people.
✅ Keep your focus 80% on your nonverbal communication and only 20% on your words. Watch as people begin treating you with more respect & women start flirting with and chasing you harder.
✅ Review all your ‘communication failures’ where you didn’t have the desired effect you were going for with someone and ask yourself: “Was my nonverbal communication on-point?” You will almost certainly find it was NOT… and will know what to fix for next time.
Every sexy, charismatic guy in Hollywood developed his expressions and body language through mirroring, practice, and feedback.
It is the same process EVERYONE uses to learn nonverbal communication.
If you want to get out of ‘logical man mode’ and become a communication master, this same path lies open before you, too.
Girls WILL chase and men will consider you highly charismatic (as well as NOT someone they want to mess with… lest you ruin their whole social image without speaking a word) if you do.
The most fucked up scam in modern medicine is convincing you that your biological problems are personality flaws.
You're not "angry." Your blood sugar crashed 3 hours ago and your prefrontal cortex can't regulate a single emotion.
You're not "anxious." Your gut is producing excess histamine because your intestinal lining is destroyed.
You're not "lazy." Your ferritin is 18 and your cells can't produce enough ATP to power basic motivation.
You're not "depressed." Your T4 isn't converting to T3 and your entire metabolic system is in energy-conservation mode.
Here's what to actually check before you accept ANY of these labels:
> "Angry" → fasting glucose + insulin + HbA1c. Eat 30-40g protein within an hour of waking. Stop spiking blood sugar with naked carbs
> "Anxious" → GI-MAP + histamine markers + zonulin. Fix the gut lining with L-glutamine 5g 2x/day, saccharomyces boulardii, butyrate. Cut high-histamine foods for 30 days
> "Lazy" → ferritin (not CBC). You need 80-100+ for optimal energy. Supplement iron bisglycinate with vitamin C on an empty stomach
> "Depressed" → full thyroid panel (TSH, fT3, fT4, rT3, TPO/TG antibodies). If reverse T3 is elevated your body is slamming the brakes on purpose — find the inflammation driving it
They will gladly sell you 4 years of talk therapy and a lifetime SSRI prescription before running a $200 blood panel that would have pointed to the root cause in week one.
Your personality is not the problem.
Your biology has been screaming and nobody ran the labs.

Perhaps the #1 greatest quality you need to look for in a woman?
A brilliant INTUITION.
One capable of giving you warnings ahead of time.
LOVE is one of the greatest force multipliers to psychic ability. When a woman truly LOVES you - her telepathic receptivity becomes greatly enhanced, and it extends her vision far beyond the veil.
One night… the wife of Julius Caesar had nightmares that he would be stabbed.
The next morning, she told him this, and begged him to call off his meetings and stay home.
Caesar almost listened. But he didn’t.
Later that same day, Caesar was stabbed 23 times on the senate floor, and with his death so too came the end of the Republic of Rome.
it's so insane how many women were put on this path:
birth control at 15
accutane at 16
SSRIs at 17
Xanax at 18
Spirinolactone at 19
freezing eggs at 25
IVF at 30
women turned into a cash cow, milked for $100k+
You cannot "ignore women and focus on the mission" forever.
A part of the mission is to have children.
To have children and not get totally fucked over you need to know how to pick and deal with women.
Black pilling is short term peace of mind in exchange for the end of your bloodline.
The most fucked up thing about modern life is that being healthy requires you to actively fight everything around you
The default food is poisoned. The default schedule destroys your sleep. The default stress level is chronic. The default medical system manages symptoms instead of finding causes. The default cooking oils are industrial waste. The default response to feeling like shit is a pill
You have to FIGHT to eat real food. FIGHT to sleep properly. FIGHT to find a doctor who investigates instead of prescribes. FIGHT to avoid seed oils at every restaurant. FIGHT to manage stress in a world designed to keep your cortisol maxed 24/7
Your great-grandfather didn't do any of this. He ate what was available and it was real. He worked physically and slept because he was tired. His food came from soil that wasn't depleted. His stress was seasonal. His gut was intact because nothing was designed to destroy it
You're not failing at health because you lack discipline. The entire system you live in is engineered to make you sick and sell you the cure
Processed food creates inflammation. The doctor prescribes an anti-inflammatory. Seed oils wreck your hormones. The clinic prescribes TRT. Sugar crashes destroy your mood. The psychiatrist prescribes an SSRI. Each problem creates a customer
I stopped fighting individual symptoms and started rejecting the whole system. Real food. Enough of it. No seed oils. Gut repair. Sleep
Within months I felt like a different species. And I was just eating the way humans ate for 10,000 years before the last 50 fucked everything up
The system is designed to make you a patient
