@Delta cancelled my flight yesterday and gave me a partial refund. How the hell is that ethical? And customer support keeps sending me in circles. No help!
I keep trying to DM but it's not working. There are 3 order numbers 30430825 is a cancel/refund, 30016664 is a return that I got credit for (but wanted to use toward the above order before losing context with CS), and EXC-30016664-1 is a return I need help processing.
Please help @BOMBAS . Over the years I've had excellent service but I'm stuck on an issue. I got an initial reply from customer service minutes after my submission, but they've gone radio silent and since then an order processed that I explicitly cancelled with them.

If you've used the phrase "waiting for the other shoe to drop" meaning anticipating something bad could happen you've actually got it backwards. It comes from a fable about a giant who lived upstairs. It was only safe to move if you heard both shoes drop for his bedtime.
@Trupanion says the right thing to appear pet owner friendly but in reality takes a harsh, financially self-serving approach to care. Insurance is hard but constantly putting the burden on the owner and acting without reasonable regard to finding a happy medium is devastating.

The last few years with @Trupanion have been miserable. Rates more than doubled in a single year, adjusters dragged a case out 3 months, asked my doctor to call them (she did) and then weren't available during suggested hours to process the appeal. I'm left holding the bill.
So frustrated with @edabit . I was charged for a recurring annual subscription. Hadn't logged into the website in months. I cancelled within hours of the charge. Site says you have a week after charge to cancel. I emailed twice and left a voicemail. No refund. ๐ข Total scam.
On a different subject, Arnold's Pump Club has been a huge upgrade to my life. I fell into it quite by accident. It's like my daily multi-vitamin except that I feel the positive difference immediately after 10 mins with the podcast. Great job @Schwarzenegger, Alex, and Daniel!
