@AustinAirport and @AlaskaAir why does AS1370 not have a gate at the Austin airport right now? Over an hour on the tarmac. What is happening? Why is another plane in our gate? What airlines is it? Why is the on-time flight the one stranded right now??

Now that I have your attention - get us off the tarmac. We’ve been sitting here an hour bc a plane with an issue took our gate. Why is it that every time I land at this airport there are no gated available? Day, time, month - doesn’t matter. I’m always sitting on this tarmac.

@Delta Support the systems you choose to install in your aircraft, do not direct customers to contact your chosen vendor when their products fail. This is the bare minimum expectation.

@AustinAirport has a chemical spill on the ONE gate available for use for our 3hour delayed flight and we’ve been sitting on the tarmac an hour. 24 min @AmericanAir flight, 3 hour delay in Dallas and now an hour on the ground in Austin. Total failure all around.
