An absolute confirmation that OCGs have corrupted and likely have significant control over swathes of HMPPS. @NotThatBigIan So acting to prevent harm to say other prisoners, and relying on Common Law ‘honestly held belief’ isn’t sufficient. So rather than commend minimum level of force used to achieve a safe outcome, we’re doubting understaffed, over worked, brave Officers. Or it’s poorly written!!
