This should be a per division discussion if anything… the gap between D1 and D7 needs to be accounted for. D7 hoops doesn’t need a shot clock…

Huge! Keep high school hoops, high school hoops. Only divisions that actually could make sense to have a shot clock would be D1 or D2. Small school hoops doesn’t need a shot clock!
