@TUIIreland @DublinAirport
Has today's TUI flight to and from Kos been cancelled? Showing on Kos airport page that it has??

[Donna Mc Parland @DMCPAR]

@nialloloughlin @TUIIreland @DublinAirport Usual story with TUI...plane not fit to fly apparently!

[Donna Mc Parland @DMCPAR]

@TUIIreland appears it has! Shocking...had the same nonsense last year...twice!

[Donna Mc Parland @DMCPAR]

@askryanair I logged into my app to check something and I've realised that you've changed my 07.30 outbound flight time to 14.30. That's a huge difference! There was no notification of this change either and I'm wondering why please?

[Donna Mc Parland @DMCPAR]

@DecPierce Absolutely unbelievable night!

@AerLingus thank you for sorting out the issue with my booking. Delighted to have it sorted out. 👍

[Donna Mc Parland @DMCPAR]

@AerLingus Can you confirm you have received my message containing my contact number and that somebody will be in touch? Or should I contact them myself?

[Donna Mc Parland @DMCPAR]

@AerLingus Any update yet please?

[Donna Mc Parland @DMCPAR]

@AerLingus why did you cancel flights I had booked? I made the booking, approved the payment, received confirmation and a booking reference. The booking is still showing in my app, but when I contacted customer service I was told it had been cancelled!?

[Donna Mc Parland @DMCPAR]

@AerLingus Will there be an update today please? I've waited much longer than I was asked too and this situation needs to be rectified.

[Donna Mc Parland @DMCPAR]

@AerLingus I'm still awaiting an update. Can someone please advise?
