We are deeply grateful for Chancellor Ferebee’s eight years of service to our students, schools, and city.
Under the leadership of our longest-serving Chancellor, graduation rates reached 78%, enrollment grew to more than 52,000 students, and DC became a national leader in academic recovery.
These achievements are the result of clear focus, strong vision, and a shared commitment to our students.
We are proud to see his impact extend beyond the District, and know his leadership will continue to shape the future of DCPS for years to come.
Chancellor, you have done not just a great job—but an outstanding job. Thank you.
