@ZachLangleyNBA Look at the NY Knicks championship model.
All 5 starters were not homegrown.
They were each acquired the aggressive pursuit of free agents and trades. Just a few years ago Hawks eliminated NY in the playoffs. NY moved to upgrade the roster and the Hawks remained pretty flat.
@pluto_dreams13 Onsi saying no skipping steps is a poor excuse for feeling no sense of urgency to build a contender. Poor message to the team and fan base.
@BTRowland Robinson and Landale not even on the same planet. Who would you rather have on defense guarding bigs like Wimpy and KAT. Joch won’t do much but Robinson puts us on the map.
@BTRowland@LockedOnHawks I’m an adult and been following ATL since I’m 10 years old.
Do you know how many times of heard the Hawks having huge cap space.’
In the past 40-50 years what has ATL done with all that cap space
@BTRowland Why are we wasting cap space on Carter, Hield and Kispert. Wouldn’t the team be better allocating the combined amount for a player with a higher caliber of talent?
