Try to find time each day to unplug and step away from the screens. It really does help realign your body and mind to the natural world a little bit, and it goes a long way to self-care and mindfulness.

Take a few minutes each day to stop, take a deep breath and realign your thinking. Distractions are so easy to fall into, taking our attention and effort away from our more meaningful goals. While it's good to relax sometimes, never forget your motivation or goals!

It's okay to get frustrated from time to time. As someone who struggles with anger, I understand the difficulty in quelling that emotion, especially in difficult situations. While anger is a natural emotion, it can be easy sometimes to be comfortable with that reaction.
