We now have: NPCs, Monsters, Locations, each with editable portraits, and Plots to tie it all together.
Monster and location portraits are quite limited in how much you can edit at the moment.
Plots are currently based on a template system that gets projected on to different NPC views. Depending on how long I can keep working on it, I might eventually implement a plot simulator.

@blindulfr Glad to hear. Let me know any thoughts/ideas you have. Especially with locations, monsters, and plots which are coming soon. It will be of tremendous help to know how people use it (currently i'm just making my own forever dm'ing life easier)
I decided to update the NPC generator early, since the old ssl certificate has been expired. So you get to participate in the development process of dmheroes if you like. It's live! ๐ฅณ
As part of the next iteration, I'll add locations to DMHeroes. It's still heavily in progress, but I want to get it out fast, to gather feedback. Also working on Monsters & Plots. More about that later.
@newbiedm Not sure about the weirdest.. During a spooky vampire one-shot, the DM described distant church bells tolling midnight; the wall clock chimed twelve at that exact sentence. Nobody spoke for a solid minute.
