@Airbnb you guys have frozen my payouts over 25 days with a value of $40k nobody has reached to me, I don’t know what else I can do since your customer service has no idea on how to resolve this issue. This is incredible.

@AirbnbHelp I still haven’t been contact with anyone. Nobody knows why I haven’t received my payouts. It’s over $20k already and is affecting my operation. I keep welcoming guests without knowing if I’m going to see my money. HELP
