Yes, you are absolutely right Sir. He has been opposing every such case against the UOI, tooth and nail. He is grossly overweight but it is for his abilities to fight against the ESMs that the COAS and CDS have ensured that he is promoted so that he can lick the shoes of Babus and which in turn would fetch brownie points for the COAS and CDS for their post retirement avenues.
