Roughly 500 trades. Mostly trading around catalysts using options.
Most of my trades done on my iPhone. I usually wake up after the market has opened. When I do trade from my computer, I use a single monitor. I don't have a Bloomberg terminal. Lots of ways to make money in this game. Risk management over everything. Started in this game in 1997 as a teenager and still going strong.
Thanks to everyone who posted research on X this year. This is the best job in the world. Don't give up.
The same institution that did the big up-and-out roll on $QURE earlier this week (to the October $65 calls) likely added another 500 calls yesterday. They broke it up into smaller trades around lunchtime.
There are now almost 3,000 of these contracts (October $65 calls) in OI, up from 909 at the end of June
Me too.
I had something like 67,000 shares over two accounts going into last week's news, plus a bunch of options positions that I picked up along the way.
I got out of all of this after last week's positive news, and I started accumulating call and ratio spreads targeting the $80 and $90 price levels.
$QURE
@Lucy3370 Most of the big orders over the last week have been sweeps, and those are usually institutions who want in quickly (filled at the ask, broken up over multiple exchanges) $QURE

Uhhh guys, FDA just gave the playbook, they just told us directly what they think about natural history for HD here.. This is the FDA speaking here. This was June 5, 2026, Lauren Holder also spoke. 2 hd people spoke. Why do you think the FDA specifically requested Lauren to be there and speak?? -) Not sure what else the new FDA can say, they basically just specifically called out HD and natural history..
Look who was one of the main hosts and also spoke
Teresa Buracchio- the same Teresa that said
“FDA official confirms plausible mechanism principles not exclusive to bespoke gene therapies”
Michelle Campbell FDA 35.48 to 36.38 woah….
Look what she says about HD..
FDA again 1:36 - 1:39- big time big time, FDA calls out HD and natural history.
“Natural history is going to be paramount and fundamental to how we really think about the understanding of the disease!”
“Whether it’s ALS, Huntington’s, or a neurodegenerative disease, The truth is the same, time matters.” @laurencurehd spoke from 1:28

Yesterday, we spoke to the @FDA about why Huntington’s disease should be considered a national priority under the CNPV Pilot Program.
Now the FDA is asking for public comments, and our community has an opportunity to be heard.
Please take a few minutes to submit a comment asking the FDA to prioritize fatal, progressive neurodegenerative diseases like Huntington’s when promising therapies are ready for review.

Tomorrow at 1:00 PM ET, join @KarlMiran & me as we discuss why Huntington’s disease should be a priority for the FDA’s Commissioner’s National Priority Voucher (CNPV) Pilot Program.
When promising therapies are ready, families facing fatal neurodegenerative diseases deserve a regulatory pathway that reflects the urgency of what is being lost every day.

Adding more $QURE here. I added 3% back this week at $25 as it bottomed out and now another 3%.
I cannot believe how little readthrough $REPL reversal is flowing to $QURE. $REPL had more questionable data (search X for good pts), esp relative to HD's magnitude of unmet need.
New: FDA's top drug regulator Tracy Beth Høeg is departing the agency following Marty Makary's exit earlier this week. CDER deputy director Mike Davis will serve as acting director https://t.co/RdzTez6K0p
