"No one is above accountability”? Then accountability must also apply to the English colonial state itself concerning its major colony: Scotland.

The same state invoking “truth” continues to deny the annexation and territorial alienation of Scotland, and continues to misrepresent Scotland’s constitutional status to the United Nations, relying on the colonial fiction of a “voluntary union” deployed in the early 1950s to evade UN decolonisation scrutiny.

Scotland is not a domestic administrative unit. Scotland is a nation subjected to English colonial control, and its decolonisation is now under international examination.

Through Liberation Scotland, Scotland's liberation movement, supported by the legal authority of Professor Robert Black King's Counsel, Scotland’s most important law professor, the matter is active at the United Nations, including the Special Committee on Decolonisation (C-24) and the UN General Assembly’s Special Political and Decolonisation Committee (C-4) in New York. A formal conference at the UN in Geneva on Scotland’s right to self-determination under international law in September 2025 was chaired by a Chinese parliamentarian and concluded by George Katrougalos, UN Independent Expert and former Greek foreign minister. States are now engaged at senior levels.

Scotland’s UN negotiator, Ambassador Craig Murray, a former "British" ambassador now fighting the English colonial state, is currently in Venezuela, advancing this international process.

Senior global figures have already stated openly what London denies.
Sanjeev Sanyal, senior adviser to the Prime Minister of India, has affirmed that Scotland is an English colony. The international community is increasingly aware of the colonial markers: annexation, territorial alienation, constitutional subordination, asset stripping, genocide, ethnic cleansing, cultural oppression and suppression, systematic denial of self-determination, etc.

If accountability truly applies to everyone, then colonial annexation, misrepresentation to the United Nations, and obstruction of decolonisation cannot remain exempt. The English colonial state must end its colonisation and illegal occupation of Scotland and leave Scottish territory.
