Chemical engineer here with 35 years in oil and gas E&P and refineries (including 14 in 🇷🇺) and have discussed this several times on @Volya4UA as “de-rating” of these refineries through quick repairs. And the storage tanks pointed out here are the least of 🇷🇺 worries. /1

Es ist unglaublich wieviel Glück alle Beteiligten in Leipzig am Flughafen hatten. Wir hätte jetzt auch 2 brennende Flugzeuge und mindestens zwei Toten haben können. Ich bin wirklich überrascht wie wenig bisher sich die Politik dazu äußert.
