@XboxSupport your customer support sucks. There is no way to successfully recover an account or fix a lock out. My friend is locked out of his account today and I can't recover my account despite trying everything on your stupid site for the past few years.

@HarryTurney @kerbos76 Many people suffered longer server issues. Had Clan mates who couldn't play and I was kicked from loading screens constantly from 1-10pm EST when i finally called it a night. Got dropped mid way in two missions as well.
