@anandmahindra Horrible life threatening experience w XUV 700: On a highway suddenly several systems shut down in quick succession. Finally the steering wheel jammed, and the car doors wouldn’t open after managing to stop the car. “Will I die in the car”? … is what was on mind

@beingwingman @anandmahindra Thank you for asking 🙏🏼. I only got a call from their social media department but no real response yet from the M&M management. I am still waiting. I was told M&M management and Mr Anand Mahindra do care about customers and their safety but that’s not been my experience so far.

Mr Anand Mahindra, you are highly respected as an honorable person. I have two asks please 🙏🏼:
1. We all need to know how many such incidents have occurred, why, and how can we feel assured this won’t
2. I want to return the car and get full refund. Driving it will haunt me.

Attached dashboard pics with all failure signals tell the story unfolding in few mins. How can such a premium car shut down at normal speed on the highway? Why would it lock the passenger in? Other vehicles colliding from behind or a fire would have literally killed me.
