@spatty84 @PoliticsInsider No. I think his point is that the universities ridiculous tuition fees and annual hikes created an environment where an average American cannot afford to gain a higher education. Cancelling student debt would bail out the universities, to where they can continue to overcharge.
Over the years, Cuban has been consistent about his view that lowering student debt would improve the economy.
But he still says the exorbitant cost of higher education is a more important target.

Today, at the Senate Rules Committee hearing on elections, officials from across the country testified about how they are preparing for November and what is needed on the ground. I'm committed to doing everything we can to protect free and fair elections.
If the fetus is not a citizen until a birth certificate is issued, what right does the govt have to govern it or make any decisions about it? I am asking these officials if citizenship begins at conception? How is it proved?
This is a thought on Roe I have been wondering. Some Mayors, Governors, and various cands say life begins with conception. Others differ. My question is when does citizenship begin. Does any government official have say over a life before citizenship.
DR. MARTIN: “I wish @GovBillLee had been up on stage with us tonight… but I think his unwillingness to interact with us is indicative of his leadership style.”
The crowd applauded, clearly agreeing with @jasonbmartin that Lee refusing to participate in debate was 🐔
WATCH: “I’m Mark Harmon. I’m running for congress against FAILED INSURRECTIONIST Tim Burchett. (I’m not the NCIS guy).” 🤣
@Harmon4Congress with quite the showstopper introduction at the TN-2 *debate* @RepTimBurchett 🐔 didn’t show up for tonight. @KnoxvilleHoller
The treatment for an ectopic pregnancy is abortion.
The treatment for a septic uterus is abortion.
The treatment for a miscarriage that your body won’t release is abortion.
If you can’t get those abortions, you die.
You. Die.
@elizabethlgr@donwinslow Truth. I survived a miscarriage such as this. Many women before me did not. I know several young evangelical women who have had d&c after miscarriage. They are anti abortion because they and their husbands don’t realize or admit they had one. They lived to have more children.
@educationgadfly Charter schools do not take the same state tests to measure achievement that public schools take. So, the measurements you are touting cannot be supported by actual equal data. Therefore, the article(promoted) is merely an advertisement designed to positively represent charters👎🏻
