@Dawnf1 Completely agreed! I'm a US citizen with no international calling plan and I have emailed customer service several times for nearly 1 yr now with absolutely no reply. Absurd that you can subscribe to an online service and not cancel online. About to take it up with my bank.
@thetimes I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over 1 yr––US citizen, no international calling plan, have sent multiple emails, but no reply and $6.55 still deducted from account every month. Anyone else?
