Quebec is substantially more reliant on manufacturing than Alberta is on oil and gas.

@rhondastew @ruthmkb So how's that working out for Ontario and they scream about fiat laying off workers? Quebec and the dairy industry - screaming for handouts? BC and the real estate industry is a good one too - thats higher reliance than Alberta on oil and gas.
