CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW THIS ISN’T STEALING AND THEFT
By the time i’m 67, over $600,000 will be paid into social security on my behalf.
That money would have been worth $1.9M if i had gotten a 5% return. My annual interest would be $95k.
The GOVERNMENT promises me $3,075/month at 67 which is $37k/year.
MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
OMG wake up people!! They are robbing us blind…and in broad daylight!!!! Take those sunglasses off! Vote YES on 3 like your life depends on it, because your daily life, when you look in the wallet & there’s not enough to cover your household bills absolutely does!! Vote YES on 3
DISNEY WORLD JUST RAISED ITS PRICES AGAIN.
The top annual pass is reportedly going up $120 to $1,749, and skipping the lines on every ride will now cost you $499.
Disney executives swear they're sensitive to families on a budget because the cheapest ticket is still $120.
Only a company this out of touch could call $120 a ticket a bargain with a straight face.
These are the same WOKE people who spent years lecturing America on politics instead of making the parks affordable for the families who built them.
Take your kids fishing this weekend instead, because it's cheaper and nobody will preach at you.
🚨 $652 MILLION TO OPERATE. $72.8 MILLION COLLECTED FROM RIDERS. THAT’S NOT A SMALL SUBSIDY — THAT’S A BUSINESS MODEL BUILT ON PUBLIC MONEY.
Riders covered only about 11% of operating costs in 2024.
County/local sources supplied $290.67 MILLION for operations and another $254.80 MILLION for capital — about $545.5 MILLION in local funding.
Public transit doesn’t have to make a profit.
But it should be pushed far closer to self-sustaining than this.
When taxpayers are carrying this much of the load, the question isn’t whether buses are useful.
The question is:
WHY DOES IT COST THIS MUCH TO PROVIDE THEM?
Open the books. Measure efficiency. Demand answers.
If we knew the honest truth about America's elections, we would probably learn that a whole bunch of Democrats, and probably some Republicans were installed by election fraud, not duly elected by the voters.
The Florida Sheriff's Association have seemingly gone QUIET lately. #LOBBYING
IRS 501(c)(3) CHARITABLE - yes "charitable" - tax exempt organizations like FSA are VERY LIMITED on the amount and type of LOBBYING they can do, legally.
Maybe they realized they were OVERREACHING on their LOBBYING efforts against Amendment 3?
They probably didn't think it wise to jeopardize their "charitable" non-profit status.
Let's give these GLUTTONOUS GRIFTERS a haircut.
And if you see ANY MORE propaganda, or alarmist, fear-mongering from Florida sheriffs or the FSA, post a link in the comments.
Vote YES on Amendment 3!
Sen. Joni Ernst reveals 6,000 IRS workers owe nearly $50,000,000 in unpaid taxes, or blew off filing altogether.
Rules for thee, not for the IRS.
Of thousands of delinquent workers, just 20 IRS employees who weren't paying their taxes were terminated. It's supposed to be a firing offense.
They hound you for every cent of YOUR paycheck. Yet thousands of them are dodging their own tax bills. Imagine what they’d do to you if the tables were turned.
Ernst is pushing two bills to hold them accountable: one to audit IRS employees, another to publicly name the federal workers who are delinquent.
You shouldn’t need an act of Congress to make the tax collectors pay their own damn taxes.
🚨 $771,051 IN TRANSACTIONS. 122 DUPLICATE VENDOR RECORDS. A $58,370 INVOICE FLAGGED AS “POTENTIALLY FICTITIOUS.”
And the audit even found pest-control billing tied to a former director’s personal residence while the billing information listed the Emergency Operations Center.
This is why we audit government.
Taxpayers deserve answers.
@JusticiarsWatch just for you..
Another fun fact: The government body collecting the tax gets to decide how much your home is worth in order to levy the tax.
Vote YES on Florida Amendment 3.
🚨 MARION TAXPAYERS ARE PAYING MORE THAN EVER — AND THE SHERIFF’S BUDGET PROVES IT.
Not just more in total.
More per resident.
More even after inflation.
More even after population growth.
And somehow we’re still told there’s nothing left to cut.
That’s not restraint. That’s appetite.
🚨 $3.2 MILLION. 28 REQUESTS. ONE NONPROFIT.
Florida Bulldog reports the nonprofit receiving the money is administered by Commissioner Oliver Gilbert’s own deputy chief of staff.
Gilbert’s office says there was no financial benefit.
Fine.
Then show taxpayers exactly who approved it, who monitored it, and what they got for $3.2 million.
Florida local governments - You have been exposed. Your exorbitant salaries, wasteful spending, your hidden slush funds. I want an audit of every county.
Say it with me Florida - Yes on 3!!
Why are we paying the USPS to deliver what seems like nothing but junk mail, only to turn around and pay the city trash service to haul it off to a landfill? We’re literally paying to have trash delivered to our house—and then paying again to get rid of it.
Sarasota’s Sheriff budget has been hitting the taxpayer gym: up $38.92M, or 21.4%, in two years. But let homeowners shed some property-tax weight and suddenly government screams “fiscal emergency.” Apparently, only taxpayers are expected to tighten their belts. Vote YES on 3!
🚨 THEY CALL IT “ASKING QUESTIONS” LIKE THAT’S A BAD THING.
Here’s why we ask.
Osceola County Sheriff Chris Blackmon’s office paid about $40,000 to his daughter’s company for items including hats, patches and challenge coins. WFTV reported that a little over half involved taxpayer money. After the spending was questioned and reported, the money was reimbursed.
That’s not harassment.
That’s not “anti-law-enforcement.”
That’s accountability.
If nobody asks the question, nobody has to explain the answer.
THIS IS WHY WE ASK QUESTIONS.
They call tax relief “unaffordable.” Florida TaxWatch found 621 budget turkeys worth $829.7M plus 484 more member projects worth $441.1M needing scrutiny. That’s 1,105 appropriations & $1.27B. The fiscal crisis isn’t taxpayers keeping money. It’s government spending it. YES on 3!
