@HMRCcustomers so the number that my access code is getting sent to is my old number which I don't have, but the number associated with my account seems to be correct - confused, no advisors on chat, still getting sent in circles with phone number.
@HMRCcustomers I can't access my account, your helpline is sending me in a loop, I work all day and can't make personal calls, I call after 5 and am put on hold for 30 mins, then I get late fees - help me get into my account. I need to talk to someone.
