@AmericanAir canceled our flight AFTER we had checked bags, returned rental car, went through security. Couldn’t find us a flight home for 2 DAYS causing us to miss a performance, PLUS cost us $580 in fees for the extra days, and all they gave us was $175 voucher?? OUTRAGEOUS!!!

@AmericanAir ... we missed a performance due to your cancellation. This is money we cannot get back not to mention the loss of trust with the venue for breaking a performance agreement. But then to pay nearly $600 in extra fees because we were stranded TWO DAYS...only to get a $175 voucher!

@AmericanAir Then can we please get reimbursed for the fees we were charged due to your cancellation?? If not the lost wages for the missed performance, we AT LEAST deserve reimbursement for these Charges. ESPECIALLY the DOUBLE charge for seats sitting together that we’d already paid for!!!
