Had a great training yesterday morning! I hit 20.9 mph and only a little bit closer to 21! Had a great camp at Lehigh! Got to speak with a ton of coaches after and build some relationships. Hoping to keep the connections I gained. 40 time was a little bit slower than my best but still 4.5 and 1.43 10 yard split. Had an amazing camp at ESU today. Great to meet and have talks with all the coaches and all the positive feedback along with constructive criticism. Also ran a 4.42 40 yd dash, slipped on the 4.40 5-10-5 but ran best 4.22, and had a 10 ft broad jump ! Had a good training today hit some wickets for stride length and some free sprints along with speed squats (175 lbs moved at .8-.9 m/s, max is 300 and that was tested weeks ago) !
