Jag brukade ofta fundera på vad meningen med livet är. Liksom, varför ska jag ens leva när jag ändå ska dö? Dessutom var mitt liv då ett lidande.

Idag tänker jag att poängen med livet är att utföra Guds vilja så gott jag kan, vilket resulterar i motsatsen till lidande🙏❤️

Seneca once said, “It is not the man who has little that is poor, but the one who desires more.”

The multi-millionaire who craves a billion is no different from the beggar who craves a hundred dollars — both are enslaved by the same hunger for more.

I’m not saying you should renounce your desires or suppress your ambition.

Strive, build, create, buy the things that are meaningful and necessary to you.

But once you’ve done that, pause.

Be intentional about what you desire next because most of the time, the things you chase aren’t truly yours.

They’re simply other people’s desires that the world has convince you that you need.
