@PhilGawne @MickMills @Manx_Bart Of course it does. You only have to look at who pushes for its inclusion. All Manx school leavers are bilingual, to a point, whether it is French, German, Spanish or Latin. At least Latin (a dead language) is required for some professions. Manx isn’t

@MickMills @ManxRadio ALL residents should be means tested. We have some very wealthy pensioners on the Island, so part of the test should be global wealth (house value, bank deposits, investments etc) and not just income. About time we became a caring society

He was very nearly a first responder at his own accident. Terrible driving. I accept he had to be somewhere quickly and speed is of the essence
