This weekend I visited my first RAF Station, Spadeadam, for the AT challenge! I was quite nervous as I'm not fully knowledgeable in RAF traditions & customs, but I've had so much support and advice from fellow CFAVs this weekend. Also had fun acting as a casualty for first aid!

Today is the 77th Anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe, with the signing of the surrender of Germany to the Allies, now known as VE-Day.

Please take time today to remember the bravery & sacrifice of our Armed Forces who served in that conflict.
