We hire teachers based on their strengths but then we manage them based on their weaknesses. This is a morale buster. Leaders, help them develop those strengths in the new school year and watch them do amazing things!

@alicekeeler If the primary purpose of the test is to rank kids, mark deductions are considered "fair". However, if the true purpose of the test is to measure what the student understands, then deducting marks for a retest makes no sense. Ranking kids was never a priority for me.
