Fact: there is NO “greenhouse effect” in gases. They are much too rarefied compared to a sheet of glass.

The molecules are free to move around and the gases expand, whereas the molecules in a sheet of glass cannot.

There are quadrillions more atoms in a quarter-inch sheet of glass than in a thousand-foot thick layer of gas, and there is no layer of carbon dioxide.
