Justice Ministers @CPhilpOfficial & @GjonajEtilda signed today a Prisoner Transfer Agreement in London, ensuring effective prisoner transfers between 🇬🇧&🇦🇱.
The 🇬🇧 has a long history of working with 🇦🇱 & will continue to fully support the AL justice system & justice institutions.
