Panic is rising at Times Tower.
I am reliably informed that KRA is relaxing 2025 tax filing rules.
Right now, the rule is brutal.
If you paid for a purchase in 2025 and the seller did NOT give you an eTIMS invoice:
• You cannot automatically deduct that expense.
Instead:
• You must prepare an Excel list
• List all such purchases
• Attach whatever receipts you were given
• Submit the list to KRA
Only after KRA approves it,
That is when you can deduct the expense.
But here is where KRA cornered everyone.
- KRA inserted one dangerous column in that list.
It is called the 'Seller's PIN' for every single expense line.
Now, where will you get PINs for:
• Matatus
• Farmers
• Jua Kali merchants et al
Even formal sellers have refused. Completely.
They have sworn they would rather be hung than release their PINs.
They,
• Fear customers will expose them to KRA
• Fear customers will exaggerate purchases (100 becomes 2000)
• Fear KRA will accuse them of under declaring income
As a result,
• Taxpayers cannot complete their filings
• 2025 tax returns are stuck
• KRA is missing its tax collection targets
Panic has entered Times Tower.
Now, wind has it that by end of this month:
• KRA will remove that one dangerous column.
You will still:
• Prepare the list of purchases
• Submit it to KRA
But WITHOUT the seller’s PIN.
Is this a welcome move?
Can it be simplified further?
Kiambu County has shown KRA dust.
KRA audited the county.
And found the county was collecting serious money from:
- Parking fees
- Business licenses
- Market fees
- Renting stalls
- Renting stadia
- And other county fees
Then KRA asked:
- Where is our VAT?
- If you charge 10,000 for stalls
- You should have added 16% VAT
So Kiamburians should have paid: 11,600
And the extra 1,600 goes to KRA.
But Kiambu did not charge VAT. So KRA became dramatic and said:
- No problem. You'll give us that VAT from your own county coffers.
It is at that moment that, Gov Wamatangi knew hii si mchezo.
He ran to court.
He argued:
- The county is not a business entity.
- It is a government unit performing public functions
- It does not operate for profit
- The county fees charged are already a form of tax
- Charging VAT on them is double taxation
- It is illegal
The court agreed.
And KRA’s VAT demand was set aside.
This is a big precedent.
It means:
- County services should not be inflated by VAT.
- Public services are not businesses to charge 16% VAT.
China is throwing away fields of electric cars and EV bicycles due to get Government subsidy and an absence of viable recycling methods!
Is this really environmentally friendly ?
This can only happen when markets are distorted - creating products people don’t want to buy.
They did not bomb Iran. They waited for Iran’s entire leadership to sit down in the same room and then they bombed Iran.
Months of intelligence. Thousands of hours of surveillance and signal intercepts. One variable: the moment the Supreme Leader, the President, and senior military command gathered in a single location at the same time.
That moment was 8:15 this morning. Daylight. Every previous Israeli strike on Iran came at night. June 2025 launched in darkness. October 2024 after midnight. Iran’s entire air defense doctrine is built around the assumption that Israel attacks in the dark. Israel attacked in broad daylight because the target was not infrastructure. The target was a meeting.
Reuters confirms strikes targeted Khamenei and Pezeshkian. CNN confirms months of joint US-Israeli planning. Israeli officials confirmed the strike hit the location where Iran’s top officials were gathered. Whether Khamenei was moved before the strike or extracted after is the most consequential unknown on the planet right now. If before, someone inside Tehran’s inner circle told Jerusalem when and where the meeting would happen. If after, the strikes hit the room and he survived. Both scenarios are catastrophic for the regime.
Because Iran’s leadership now knows three things. Israel knew where they were meeting. Israel knew when they were meeting. Israel knew who would be in the room. And everything we watched over the past month, the F-22s at Ovda, the tankers at Ben Gurion, Al Udeid emptied to zero, 270 transport flights, all of it was the delivery architecture for one precision strike on one gathering.
Every future meeting of Iran’s senior leadership now carries one question: does Israel know about this one too.
This is not a military operation. This is the destruction of institutional trust inside a regime. Every general who sits with Khamenei tomorrow will wonder who told Jerusalem about today. Every IRGC commander who receives a meeting summons will calculate whether attendance is duty or a death sentence. Every secure facility in Tehran has been proven insecure.
In June 2025 Israel killed 30 generals in the opening minutes. That was brute force across dispersed targets. This was a scalpel. One meeting. One moment. Months of patience.
Iran fired missiles at six countries in retaliation. Most intercepted. One civilian dead from debris in Abu Dhabi. Saudi Arabia responded by pledging all its capabilities against Iran. The Gulf coalition that did not exist yesterday exists today because Tehran built it by attacking everyone simultaneously.
Israel traded one morning of precision strikes for the permanent destruction of Iran’s command cohesion.
That is not a battle. That is checkmate disguised as a first move. https://t.co/BrzGRrU3VW

American RnB Star Kelis Buys 300 Acres in Kenya for KSh25 Million
American singer Kelis is making headlines in Kenya and elsewhere after purchasing about 300 acres of land near Naivasha for less than $200,000 (Sh25 million).
The land, which overlooks Mount Longonot and borders a wildlife area, is being transformed into a luxury wellness retreat and restaurant.
Kelis, who has an estimated networth of approximately $3 million, says the project aims to promote sustainable living, create jobs for locals, and support the community. The property is also being fitted with solar-powered fencing to keep out elephants and other wildlife.
The purchase has now sparked a wider conversation about foreign land ownership in the fast-growing Naivasha region, which has become a popular destination for investors and luxury projects.
Here is a list of foreigners whom Evelyn Cheluget, the Director General of Immigration Services, has issued Kenyan passports to travel with. The orders to issue the passports came from the Statehouse. Number 6 is Zimbabwe’s Wicknel Chivayo, who is supposed to help Kasongo steal the 2027 elections.
To apply for a Kenyan passport, you need a Kenyan identity card and an e-citizen account, and you have to pay. Whose account was used for this illegal passports application? Did they use a zero token where no payment was made? Why were the immigration officers told the applicants were Very Important Persons (VIPs) and to issue express passports? Please Google the list of names of those Ruto gave Kenyan passports. Post what you find on the comments.
Selling Kenyan passports is evil but selling our passports to criminals is pure demonic behaviour! Ruto Must Go!
This is so frightening 😱
Earlier today around 3pm, a large group of boda bodas with multiple riders were moving together snatching from and harassing people.
This goon behavior needs to stop. They are audacious enough to do this near a police station.
