@SkaVorah Square Enix owned LiS rights at the moment we signed with them as a publisher (like with almost every publisher deals). We were contracted to work on LiS2, like Deck 9 was contracted to work on BtS and True Colors. Right now we're focusing on creating our own new exciting IPs :)

Tencent has a acquired a minor stake in Dontnod Entertainment (Life is Strange, Vampyr, Twin Mirror) for 30 million euro.
The funds raised will go towards new self published IP on PC, Console and Mobile.
