Clavicular potentially looking at a felony charge for lighting up a gator in the Everglades, if it was live. If the gator was dead, he's likely to avoid a charge as long as the carcass wasn't messed with.
As a native Floridian who hunted since childhood, I can say with confidence, don't want to mess with Florida FWC. They're more like to bring a charge than the local PD.
