CIA Director John Ratcliffe surprise trip to Moscow was to warn Russia against attacking NATO, according to the WSJ.

The visit followed new U.S. intelligence assessments that Putin could test NATO with a limited operation, potentially a cyberattack or small ground incursion into a Baltic state.

U.S. is also concerned depleted Western weapons stockpiles after Ukraine and the Iran war could affect Moscow’s calculations.

Ratcliffe met Russian intelligence officials, but not Putin. Putin was later briefed on the talks.

The Daily Mail has confirmed my analysis, British Prime Minister Andy Burnham has been informed in recent days by security officials that Russia may take "direct military action" against the United Kingdom.

API vs EIA running error is at a massive +20 million bbls.

This means that API's +4 million bbls for crude is vastly overstated.

To correct back to the recent average, EIA will report -3 million bbls.
