Recently a video surfaced online,
where a guy did a video of armed police men harassing him, in that video he pointed out that they were using a mini bus with no plate number.
It happened in Bayelsa state.

Clarification On Delayed Payment Of PAP Delegates' Stipends

1. The Presidential Amnesty Programme wishes to clarify that the delay in the payment of October stipends to some delegates is not from the Office.

2. The PAP Office had since fulfilled its obligations in the process of payment of stipends to delegates.
