@royalairmaroc I flew with Air Maroc once with my family when I was younger, but I guess I forgot what the experience was like. Trust me u remember and understand now. I can never fly @royalairmaroc again. There is not one constant stream of information or contact.

@royalairmaroc still nothing about my hand luggage. A whole week later? You guys cannot be real. You lost my suitcase in less than 10 hours but it’s taking you over a week to find it again??? They’re sending me numbers to call that don’t ring and are not for lost luggage…

@royalairmaroc I’ve sent two emails to them, they still haven’t answered. One of which i sent since Sunday. There’s no urgency, no understanding. It’s like they want me to engage in legal back and forth with them, which I’m willing to do.

@royalairmaroc I even have photo evidence of my hand luggage along with many others being handed over to be with the checked in luggage in the cargo hold. Why are you guys doing this??? It’s so hard to get a hold of you as well.

@royalairmaroc You’ve actually got the right one. I will tweet you guys everyday until I receive my Hand luggage. This is so unacceptable. Why do you guys want to be know as the Airline that loses people’s luggage and are so slow to find them? I don’t understand???

@royalairmaroc @royalairmaroc I took a photo of my hand luggage being put on the flight to Casablanca from Lagos. So I am unsure as to why four days later, you are still “tracing” my hand luggage. As you can imagine, this is very disheartening and I would like an update as soon as possible.

@royalairmaroc please can I have an update on my delayed luggage?! I flew from Lagos to London through Casablanca since Thursday and I still have not heard anything back. At the gate I was told to give my hand luggage to be checked in as it was a full flight. I initially refused

@royalairmaroc as I know you guys are known to lose luggage. I was told it is not possible and I must check in my hand luggage. The flight attendant assured me that my hand luggage would arrived at my destination. Needless to say I was correct and my hand luggage did not arrive.
