The big insurance companies realize their PBMs are facing hard core legislative changes. Which are great. However.

The ins companies aren’t dumb. They are greedy. They are already moving charges and fees across their subsidiaries.

Simple solution: Make it illegal for anyone other than the person or family of the insured to submit insurance claims.

What’s frustrating as a physician on social media is when you have fun content ideas to provide meaningful medical education to your audience, but then a powerful idiot starts mass diagnosing something fake like “mitochondrial challenges” while people watching at the airport, so then you’re like ok I guess I have to deal with this now
