“Road Time” - We enjoy it. Turn up our favorite tunes, get into a proper client-serving mindset, and work to solve whatever issues arise. These are good days.
And evidently, I like bridges…
Safety and security, whether nationally, locally, or personally, is the hot discussion… and rightfully so!
This morning I was able to share my #5CriticalAreas with ~300 professional folks of the Calloway Regional Training Center.

Whew! It’s been a busy couple of months around here! Proposals for new work, pre-employment backgrounds, expert witness cases, criminal cases, administrative cases, and so much more.
Thank goodness for Cookie Monster! 🍪 🍪 🍪
Recently we had the amazing fortune to spend time with the incredible folks of Christian Appalachian Project talking about their safety while serving their clients.

One of our favorite memories came in our final days of 2023. Power outage in the office? No problem! Gather round the Keurig to keep warm! Can’t start a meeting without the coffee! Office glamping!
So thankful for this core team who continue to make us a difference maker!
Wild, Wonderful West Virginia here we come! We’re excited to expand our service offerings to the beautiful people of the Mountaineer state.

Hard to believe how fast time goes by… this month, we are celebrating 10 years of DPJ Consulting.
Cheers to everyone who has helped, supported, cheered us on, worked to keep us moving, and to all those yet to come. Without you, we don’t exist.

This week we presented our 5 Critical Areas - “My Safety First” course to a room full of community health workers. Thank you to KYACHW for having us at your incredible conference!
Those in attendance were a lot of fun, so attentive, great questions, and just wonderful people!
I’m proud of our entire DPJC team for supporting our legal team and helping deliver improved outcomes for our client. Service above self!
It’s quite possible, this trial has another significance, possibly the first jury instruction for KY’s new vehicular manslaughter legislation
Sometimes people question why we do what we do… because these scenarios are real. Shoddy work in the criminal justice system benefits no one, yet harms us all.
Great job to everyone involved!

So very proud of our team for our work in getting criminal charges DISMISSED for our client. Not a single piece of evidence (physical or circumstantial) pointed to our client having any involvement.

Being an attorney is a lot like being a mechanic except imagine the mechanic is under the hood working on the engine there is another mechanic deflating the car’s tires and cutting the brakes.
folks arrested in the forest attending a music festival are having their second bond hearing in DeKalb Court today. so far it's seeming like the judge will be granting (fairly expensive) bonds, as the prosecution has no evidence.
