Love this! Great to hear instances of the incredible people who work behind the scenes getting noticed and praised. They exist in many areas across society and are spoken about far too infrequently.
At a recent court hearing the judge publicly praised our RSVP team & in the same week another judge said we were a wonderful service, with wonderful people & to keep up the good work. Most of the teams work is unseen, but not unnoticed #oneteam#streetteam#rsvp๐@simoncommscot
Totally agree. People *respond* to the context and environment in which they operate. If you want people to respond and perform differently, you need to create a different context which encourages that change and discourages the status quo.
