@SimonCalder I hope all are ok and get to their destinations soon but those air passenger rights rules aren’t worth the paper they’re written on, in my experience there is no enforcement for airlines who don’t provide what they should.

@SimonCalder Hi Simon, have Jet2 failed in their duty of care to package holiday customers by not providing suitable and safe accommodation after the cancellation of flights. Surely being told to sleep on the floor of the unsecured check in area is a breach of regs?
