@accessbank_help replied by saying I should wait for 48-72hrs working days excluding weekend for it to be resolved. @cenbank, this is a jab on the integrity of Nigeria banking system where a bank cannot rectify their own errors. I'm informing you now before a detailed petition.

@cenbank I'm calling you to tell me my right on this issue. I subscribe my DSTV on Thursday using diamond app and was debited 7075 instantly for incomplete transaction. I've waited more than 24hrs and @myaccessbank did not reversed my money.
