Here Carbon Tax Carney is asked by a Quebec journalist what he’s going to do about the deficit. His answer?

He wants to cut “transfers to individuals and transfers to provinces.”

What provincial transfers does he plan on cutting? Healthcare and education?

What about to individuals? Old age pensions and the Canada Child Benefit?
