@jamescmcneal I was hoping Monk might be included in a Schroeder sign and trade earlier today. But understandably Kings wanted more and price must have been too high. So Pistons are settling for Duncan Robinson. Oh well. But Monk would have been a perfect pair with Cade.
@Greenlawler@3HL1045 Yup. Take Abdul Carter or trade down. Get Drew Locke as a stop gap for this year. They’re gonna be bad this year anyways. Hope for better qb class next year
@jamescmcneal I wish in the Olympics the Balkans could be one team to get Jokic Luka and Giannis on the same team. Not sure if the spacing would work but it would be fun and Jokic would go into assist mode. I think they could beat USA. It might cause an international incident though.
I told @JasonKirk_fyi in my replies a few hours ago that the college football trailer should have been soundtracked by "Fix You" because of how much emotion we all have and a follower (@adam_la2karis) made one up and by god it broke me. We are all home. We all made it.
@jamescmcneal Too many teams with cap space and not enough free agents. Monk is gonna get the 💰somewhere. Magic make too much sense. They’re a good team and he fits exactly what they need.
@aselrod One of the most likable teams from a neutral fan's (Detroit) perspective in years. Last year's Nuggets were so much fun to watch from a pure "beautiful game" basketball perspective, but Knicks are so much fun from a personality/toughness/underdog mentality.
@ZachLowe_NBA said in this podcast we need an acronym for KAT needing to stay out of foul trouble. I propose:
“ Karl Anthony Towns needs to avoid pushing”: KATNAP.
Then @Adam_Mares and @JonKrawczynski join for a mega-preview of Wolves-Nuggets in Part 2 of today's Lowe Post podcast:

@ProfessorSearcy Oh wow thank you I forgot about that show till you mentioned it but I was really into it for a year when I was a kid. It was like Star Trek in the sea.
@aselrod I think with Randle and OG healthy they absolutely could have beaten Boston and won the east. I still think they’re not quite to Denver level though.
