On Oct 15-16, 2024, @DRC_NGA held a kick-off meeting in Maiduguri for the @USAIDSavesLives-funded project 'Stronger Communities through Stronger Protection Environment in Northeast Nigeria.' In collaboration with NRC, FHI360, PUI, CBI & GISCOR, stakeholders aligned and onboarded.

Responding to #MaiduguriFlooding, @DRC_NGA distributed 600 hygiene kits in Bakassi camp, incl. soap, torches, Aquatabs, sanitary pads & more.
Ongoing: hygiene promotion & human rights violation prevention.
Supported by @eu_echo. 50,000+ displaced people need our help!
