In Monday's seventh race at Santa Anita, Tiz's Harbor (#7) was declared a non-starter in a $12,500 claimer after an inquiry. The stewards ruled the gelding did have a fair start. Tiz's Harbor reared the moment the gates opened and was being held by an assistant starter. #drf

In the forthcoming fourth race at SAnta Anita, Joel Rosario is a late replacement for Flavien Prat, who was late traveling to California. Prat is a go to ride Forged Steel in the fifth, the Hollywood Gold Cup, stewards said. #drf
