@FortniteStatus @FortniteStatus why do my settings keep getting reset and why am I prompted with a “cloud download failure” from the cloud. How does one fix this for all platforms? I’ve tried the troubleshooting methods and none have worked. This is an issues for many people.

@FortniteStatus It didn’t help at all. The issues persist on all the platforms I play on (Xbox series x, PC) and has been happening since the update that happened in April 15th
