🚨 New York's New Soviet: Mamdani Declares Open Rebellion Against SCOTUS

They're not even pretending anymore.

Zohran Mamdani — Uganda-born, self-described democratic socialist (Communist) and now Mayor of New York City — stood at a podium yesterday and essentially told the Supreme Court to go pound sand.

After SCOTUS ruled 6-3 in Mullin v. Doethat the Trump administration can lawfully terminate Temporary Protected Status for over 350,000 Haitians and 6,100 Syrians, Mamdani's response wasn't to respect the ruling or work through legislative channels.

It was to declare: "We will not ever accept."

His exact words: "To have people have their freedom put into jeopardy by the actions of a Supreme Court and a federal administration... it's something that we will not ever accept."
That's not dissent. That's secession-lite with a taxpayer-funded hotline.

The playbook is transparent: when the Left loses at the ballot box, they run to the courts. When they lose at the courts, they declare the courts illegitimate and vow to ignore them. The Constitution is only useful when it produces outcomes they like. The moment it doesn't, it's just parchment standing in the way of "solidarity."

Mamdani followed up by directing New Yorkers to call the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs at a government-funded number for "free and confidential help" — openly signaling he'll use city resources to obstruct federal enforcement. Sanctuary city policy just graduated from passive non-cooperation to active defiance of a Supreme Court ruling.

Mark Levin wasn't hyperbolic when he called it a "declared breakaway city in violation of the Constitution."

The irony meter explodes: a man born in Uganda, now running America's largest city, lecturing Americans about which laws deserve respect. The same progressive machine that spent four years shrieking about "norms" and "democracy" now cheers a mayor who thinks righteous conviction lets him override the highest court in the land.

And let's be clear what TPS actually is: Temporary Protected Status. Congress designed it as a short-term bridge, not a permanent backdoor. Haiti got it in 2010 after an earthquake. Syria got it in 2012 during civil war. That's 14-16 years of "temporary." At some point, "temporary" has to mean something — unless the goal was always permanent resettlement by bureaucratic inertia.

The SCOTUS ruling was narrow and legally sound: the statute explicitly bars judicial review of TPS termination decisions. Alito wrote that the law "allows no judicial review of any determination... with respect to the... termination of a TPS designation." This isn't judicial activism — it's judicial restraint, deferring to the elected branches on immigration policy.

But Mamdani doesn't care about legal reasoning. He cares about the aesthetic of resistance. He's LARPing as Che Guevara from Gracie Mansion, and 40,000 New York TPS holders are his props.
The real question: what happens when a city mayor openly declares he'll defy a Supreme Court ruling?

Does the executive branch let it slide? Do we now have a two-tier legal system where blue-city mayors get to nullify federal law?

Because that's where this is headed. Nullification. And we all remember how well that worked out the last time.

Sanford Health is a South Dakota based health care juggernaut “NON- PROFIT” … the same kind Joe Rogan was railing about just last week after realizing the BILLIONS they make.

What if I told you Sanford was involved with the GLOBAL PANDEMIC TASK FORCE a multi agency effort including USAID during the pandemic and they received almost $72 million in Federal health funding including the CARES Act?

What if Luke’s time at Sanford overlapped there? What if I told you Thune’s wife Kimberly used to work there?

What if I told you his old Chief of Staff of 14 years Nelson is the Exec advisor to the CEO and his OTHER SON IN LAW Scott Hargens works for Sanford currently?

What if I told you 45% of Sanford’s net revenue comes from Medicare Medicaid?

What if I told you Luke went on to work for EXIM Bank?

What if I told you EXIM Bank is a federal agency that provides U.S. companies with taxpayer backed loans and financing to support exports and advance U.S. interests overseas

What if I told you he was JUST nominated to lead the UN World Food Program and is a member of the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) ?

So not only was Thune a hand picked Bush Cheney Senator who used to go duck hunting with Dick at his cabin often… but now you see how we have questions about his incentives.

So what exactly does it seem his priorities are if he isn’t aggressively advancing the full agenda that won all three branches?

Why is Thune not supporting President Trump at EVERY avenue? Are they just trying to wait him out .. NOT PASS THE SAVE ACT … And return to the Status Quo in 2028?

Does this seem very Republican & Pro MAGA to everyone?? It raises questions about whether there are incentives working against rapid change.
