Corporate Office is shielding aggressive staff! At Varca Goa, front desk staff Ruth humiliated me & used guards to threaten a false Police FIR over an internal IT system glitch. Memb ID: 3061140. Ignored since June 2. Disgraceful! #ClubMahindra #Harassment

@clubmahindra 📍 At Varca Goa Resort: Front desk staff Ruth publicly insulted me during checkout. Guards used criminal intimidation, threatening a false Police FIR to cover up their own IT glitch! Unlawfully detained for 50 mins. Action needed NOW! @ClubMahindra
