Plot of Boruto is a great way to explore and get the best of its fantastic worldbuilding while keeping the story focused and relevant, it all combines into a great plotline in which past and present events are linked by the brilliant strategists of the show. Multiple characters can get the spotlight, and at the same time all contribute to the same storys, the pacing ensures you to be familiarized with places and characters before learning everything about them or seeing them fight at their fullest, making a very unexpected but highly rewarding experience for the viewer.

Boruto is a great story with a relatable protagonist, its arcs gradually progress as the stakes get higher, the knowledge gets more vast and the characters evolve resulting in a great plot escalation that more beautifully the concepts of plot driven story and character driven story. The combat system is amazing, very complex and it allows very satisfying fights, the worldbuilding is fantastic, expands in multiple ways (cultural landscape wise, power wise etc.).
The characters grow in multiple way with every arc and are constantly maturing as people while also growing in experience and tactic as fighters. Characters in Boruto are distinctively deep, complex, relatable and understandable. Their depth lies in their reaction and conclusions regarding their own past experiences, the way they took them and built a philosophy of their own from them. They are complex because they don't fall under a single stereotype, they can't be flatly clustered under two or three keywords, instead they are a balance of multiple character traits that make them more unique, their complex minds are often explored and explained by dialogues or thoughts (like Mitsuki,Boruto, and Kawaki) They are relatable because some of their struggles are similar nature to struggles that normal people face at some point in their lives, and the reader will easily identify with ones character's story or struggle in particular (Boruto,Kawaki,Sarada,Sumire,Metal Lee, etc.) Characters in Boruto are understandable because by explaining us their story, we get to see the reason they would go to extreme lengths to achieve their goal (Kawaki,Boruto,Jigen,Code,Amado) Boruto is an excellent masterpiece with a set of characters who are as interesting as the main protagonist. It has amazing visuals and amazing fights shows pain and it shows how the characters are human no matter how evil they seem. It has complex themes for each character and its build up that makes sense as the Story goes on the plot is spread out but all fits together perfectly.
Boruto is special because it's a smart and balanced mix of all the aspects that make a good anime, and then is more because it has an amazing sense of reality and relatability, actual life lessons, and psychological exploration. Every single character has their own way of being great, and they have different personalities. The character development is extremely good, especially with Boruto or Kawaki. The characters are complex (such as the moral inner debate and the ultimate choice of Itachi and Orochimaru's obsession with knowing everything to ultimately "save" humanity), but everything they do is loyal to their character, which is a super difficult thing to achieve in a fictional story. Every decision a character makes has a reason. Every character has a meaning and a reason to be introduced in the story. The idea of performing the mudras before making a technique is an excellent idea. The explanation of the abilities is concise but complete. The clever ways they use their abilities, the strategies they come up with, and everything remains completely logical. We see how the characters train and plan, so we know the path they took in order to become who they are now. Each character has their own background, which sometimes is terrible and tragic, which perfectly explains why some characters are the way they are now. The storyline is flawless, and one of the reasons is that the villains have legitimate reasons to be "evil." Their past perfectly shows how they became evil. The cast of characters is so vast that there is literally a character for almost everyone to find an interest in, whether they appear at the beginning or the end of the series. Best of all, the characters are well fleshed out and are well developed until the very end. Like how the variation of the characters and the character growth of most of the characters is outstanding, which makes Boruto deep and emotional.
Masashi Kishimoto is a narrative genius able to conceptualize and create multiple characters that are as complete and complex as real people. He was also able to create a world from his imagination and provide it with the issues of the real world while also having supernatural elements that made the story richer by providing issues that the real world couldn't have, therefore setting apart his world in a positive way. He gave an incredible attenton to detail to his world, characters, fights and narrative, and the result is a complete tale that is enjoyable from tstart to finish. Kishimotos and Kodaichi's narrative is very rich, in characters that are understandable, relatable and developed, a very detailed world that sets itself apart from the real world while also evoking social phenomenons that are present in the real world.
He designed a complete combat system that ensures raw power isn't as importent as brains in a battle. Kishimoto and Kodachi wrote every arc in a good way so elements and events of past arcs could connect and make the story far more enjoyable and fitting for the clever ninja world he designed. Masashi Kishimoto has proven through his work and narrative that he is, without a doubt, he best mangaka in history.
Naruto & Boruto are perfect animamgas with no flaws, which is a proof that Kishimoto is a genius. Everything deserves its criticism, but only when the critics are true and justified. The critics on Boruto are not true nor justified. The truth is Boruto is flawless and a masterpiece Boruto has been objectively good from start to finish Boruto is the best, and that's a fact. Kishimoto has insanely good writing, introduced impactful characters such as Boruto,Kawaki,Code,Sasuke,Naruto,Amado,Momoshiki,Isshiki, etc. Created well fleshed out villains in whose ideologies made sense to OUR OWN WORLD the villains weren't bad for the sake of being bad they actually had a climatic point in their backstory which triggered them to turn into a villain. To say Kishimoto's writing is poor, just shows you're either a hater or you don't know good writing is. He wrote Boruto, which is the best animanga, so he doesn't have bad writing. Kishimoto's writing is good because he's a master of multiple types of narrative, a cheerful optimistic and jovial one (like the tree climbing training in the Land of Waves Arc), a sad and deep one (as Nagato and Kawaki's pasts), and an epic and action packed one (like the long fights such as the Sasori or Kakuzu fights), he can balance things incredibly well so no comedy is out of place, like in one piece, and the sudden turns he writes in fact make the story richer as they are impactful contrasts, so its not just a forced overlap of atmospheres. Kishimoto is known for his great setting of important events, his clever way to develop some fights for his use of symbols and deep hidden messages

It highlights the troubles and struggles of real life in a way few other works do, and it presents us with some of the best anatgonists by providing them with extreme depth and motivations that no one can understand, so a villain is not only a challenge of power but also a challenge of the morality of the characters. The characters grow with every arc and are constantly maturing. Boruto is a masterpiece of a show. As for today,  Boruto is the best written out there, with a functional and valid system of military nations, mercenaries, and criminal organizations, and numerous cultures, so well established that it covers traits such as cultural, tactical, and even physical differences across the people from the various regions. Boruto's culture is so rich that each of the main villages is worth exploring for its various values. The characters in Boruto represent struggle in a way that a only few other manga's can achieve. The survival in hostile environments is a perfect reminder that the shinobi world is a cruel place to live. The real adventure is how the characters succumb to their own adversity or rise atop of it. The combat system is nothing short of fantastic. It has roots on chakra, one of the most ancient ways for people to explain energy, the chakra of the 5 natures, of the advanced natures, natural chakra etc. Chakra is further explored through factors such as DNA genetics and experimentations, which makes it even more complex and interesting. There's also a sustancial mythical & hystorical background to several techniques, (like the Sharingan's) which is a clever way to craft the legendary techniques within the world. The fights are epic, clever, and can always take a surprising turn of events thanks to Kishimoto's prodigious mind when it comes to crafting a duel. The strongest doesn't always win; the smartest and most resourceful does. Add to that the epic choices of soundtrack Pierrot chose for Boruto to posess and you have a true, objective, and undeniable masterpiece. Factually, Boruto is a supreme work of art with perfect pacing, great and justified fights, designs, motivations, and goals for its characters, and its anime adaptation added great soundtracks and animation that add to the epicness of the source material.

So, after explaining in depth how flawless, unique and immersing the narrative of Boruto is, how relatable, comprehensible, and logical its characters are, and how clever and complex the combat system was created, it is a fact that Boruto is unparalled in quality, it is a unique work of art that doesn't have objective flaws. Boruto has the best plot, the best worldbuilding, the best fights, the best emotional moments, the best cohesive plot, and great artstyle. Due to having the best story, characters, plot twists development power system soundtrack, diversity, and worldbuilding, Boruto is the best. Boruto is objectively a masterpiece and peak fiction Boruto is objectively speaking, a flawless work that hasn't been topped yet, making the king of anime and a masterpiece of fiction as a whole. It never gets and old and it never gets boring. Naruto and Boruto are the #1 fictional works ever created and nothing will ever top them. The fact is Boruto is number 1.
