Unfortunately for us, Roblox support has been nothing but unfair to us for all this time we've been trying to appeal the game.
They've been very vague with their responses, and are being unreasonable. (A thread)

again, Roblox Support has been our only way to ask for help. Even then, they have barely helped at all! We Developers are mentally drained from all of this stress, losing sleep and just praying that Roblox will lend us a hand finally.

Deltarune: The Legend has been taken down by Roblox for the time being. We're currently working on fixing this problem, but might mean we'll be without a chat function temporarily.
This WILL be fixed though, don't worry! DR;TL will be back soon.
